Meals

We provide daily prepared morning and afternoon tea along with late snacks across the entire service on a four week menu cycle.

Twice a week we take the time to encourage our preschool children to participate in preparing a healthy baked meal for the centres afternoon tea.

Due to our service being connected to Mawson Primary School and preschool we allow families to provide their child's lunch in a lunch box. We believe this practice benefits the children in moving into their primary school years. More information is available in the ‘Parent Handbook’, available on request or when your child is enrolled.

Provider

The Association for Learning Mandarin in Australia (ALMA) is the approved provider of The Chinese Australian Early Childhood Centre. ALMA is a Canberra-based non-profit community organisation which promotes the learning and use of Mandarin Chinese and a greater understanding of Chinese culture and heritage in Australian society.
